The spacious layout features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. Each floor also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa, providing ample sleeping space for larger groups.

BED/BATH CONFIGURATION:
First Floor:
Room 1: Bunk room (T/T, T/T) with ensuite.
Room 2: King with ensuite.
Room 3: Full, Twin with ensuite.
Den: queen sleeper sofa

Second Floor:
Room 4: Queen with ensuite.
Room 5: T/F bunk with ensuite
Living room with a queen sleeper sofa

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS:
A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"This house is the ultimate retreat- peaceful, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beach and with stunning views from the house. The beds are cozy, the house is roomy, providing both ample space for socializing and privacy when needed. I have stayed here multiple times and am truly thankful for the unforgettable memories it has given me.

"My husband and I rent here every year. The property is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has every tool you would need to cook a meal. We love the ocean view from the crows nest and balcony, along with the short 2 minute walk to the beach!
