Linens and bath towels are provided.  A propane grill (unless noted otherwise) is on property for guest use, as are at least 6 beach chairs. Oasis also provides a small starter supply set upon arrival.

Starter supplies include:

• Small kitchen dish soap, sponge, two dishwasher pods
• One trash bag per can
• Bathroom hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

You may need to purchase additional supplies based on your stay.

Yes, the bath towels provided are not to be taken to the beach. Oasis does not supply beach towels, but they are available for rent.

Some homes include extras like umbrellas and beach toys. Rentals items such as Shibumis or beach wagons are available to rent- call 910-830-3074 ext. 1

Any rented items must be returned to the location where they were initially found.

Most homes allow up to six vehicles. Check your property listing for specifics.

All homes include a refrigerator, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee makers, washer/dryer, and propane grill (unless otherwise noted). Some also include toasters, air fryers, or similar items. Wi-Fi credentials are posted inside the welcome binder, and most have Smart TVs.  Be sure to sign out of any applications upon departure.

Most homes feature an inverted floor plan with the kitchen on the top floor.

Each home includes a pack ’n play and high chair. Additional baby gear may be listed or available for rent.

Where applicable, pool heating is available in “Off Season” Sept. 15 – May 15 at $100/day plus taxes/fees (3-night minimum). Please contact reservations at least one week before arrival at 910-830-3074 ext. 1.

Backyards are fenced, but individual pools are not separately gated.

Yes. Explore the Oasis Advantage program on our website for exclusive discounts with local restaurants, shops and beach equipment rentals.

Many owners rent golf carts for the summer season for guest use. If available, this is shown in the vacation rental listing. If your property does not have a golf cart, please review the Oasis Advantage program for recommended providers.

A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

Pet friendly rentals are marked with a paw print– for a fee. Guests must contact the reservations line at the time of booking to obtain approval and provide proof of current vaccinations prior to arrival. Service animals are always welcome. Registered service animals are permitted but must be disclosed at booking.

Follow the emailed departure instructions, please read this thoroughly. A copy of this is also in the welcome binder. Remove ALL trash from the property, empty the refrigerator, and place all bath towels in the bathrooms, there is no need to make the beds. 

Each island (Holden, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach) has its own regulations — please review before visiting.

Parking is available on each island for a fee. Download the SurfCAST by Otto CONNECT app to pay for parking. Unpaid vehicles are subject to towing or tickets. Separate parking areas exist for cars and golf carts.
