DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

With breathtaking inter-coastal marsh views from the large portrait windows on the top level and widow's peak, you'll enjoy the beauty of sunrises with your morning coffee and captivating sunsets while dining with family and friends.

This spacious home features a top-level living and dining area, ensuring that your gatherings are both comfortable and scenic. Covered parking and lighting are available for up to 6 vehicles, adding ease to your stay. Step outside to the private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and relax on the fully furnished outdoor decks, equipped with patio-style chairs and furniture.

Each bedroom and both main living areas are fitted with smart TVs, providing entertainment throughout your stay. The bottom floor living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare beautiful meals, making dining in a pleasure. Plus, an elevator ensures the home is handicap-friendly, offering convenient access to all levels.

BED/BATH CONFIGURATIONS:
First Floor-

Room 1: 1 Twin over Twin Bunk bed and 1 Twin over Full Bunk bed with private bath

Room 2: Queen

Full bath in hallway

Room 3: King with private bath

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa.

Second Floor-

Room 4: King with private bath

Room 5: Queen with private bath

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS:
A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"We had an amazing stay at Sunny on Second! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for those days spent soaking up the sun. The views from the house are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Additionally, we loved starting our day early walking the beach and enjoying our morning coffee. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the property. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house has many great amenities, (outdoor shower, tiki bar, pool etc) however a game-changer for us was the elevator, as we were traveling with my elderly mom. It made getting around so much easier and gave us peace of mind. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with excellent amenities, this beach house checks all the boxes! We highly recommend Sunny on Second and plan on renting it again!
