Located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach access, this home is ideal for beach lovers who want the convenience of a short stroll to the sand. Plus, you'll have your own private oasis in the oversized backyard, complete with a private pool, wet bar, and ample space for sunbathing or a friendly game of cornhole.

Inside, the home is designed for family fun and relaxation. The downstairs den features a game room with shuffleboard and foosball, perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults unwind in the upstairs living room. The open kitchen and family room provide plenty of space for gathering together, whether you're cooking up a family feast or relaxing after a day of fun in the sun.

We've made packing light easy by providing all linens and towels, and for your outdoor grilling, there's a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your favorite meals. HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Describing this home as SPECTACULAR is only the beginning. Besides the amenities this home has to offer, its location and property size are what sets the property apart from others. It has close street access to the beach, so it is easy to walk to (no need to take the golf cart that is provided with this rental unless you have LOTS to carry). AND, when you are at home the backyard and pool area is very spacious! Our children loved playing in the large back yard and we loved having coffee every morning looking at the views of the inter-coastal. The interior is beautiful! More so, we felt like we were at home! Our kids spent hours in the game room in the evening and our family enjoyed playing board games at the large table outside on the deck. We had the best time in this stunning home and we cannot wait to stay again with our extended family! I highly recommend this home to looking to get away with their family.

"See Ya' on Second was stunning! When not at the beach (just a short walk away!) we enjoyed the panoramic views, bright and airy rooms, and poolside tiki bar. After an evening swim and dinner on the deck our family had nightly competitions with the foosball table and shuffleboard, making this home a true vacationer's paradise. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and provided a serene, relaxing atmosphere that let us fully unwind. Thank you See Ya' On Second, and yes, we will See Ya' again!

"This house was absolutely stunning and had the most beautiful views! It was the cleanest house we ever stayed in! The house was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen is also perfect for those who love to cook and entertain! The golf cart was amazing to cruise through the community! We were able to easily get to local restaurants and the pier area where my kids enjoyed fishing, ice cream, and arcade games! Being one block from the ocean was amazing! We loved staying here and are already planning our next trip!
