DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to "Salty Pink Flamingo," a stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront retreat that embodies the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. This spacious home is designed to offer unforgettable views and private beach access while being conveniently located just minutes from all the island's attractions.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished space with all linens and towels provided so you can travel light and jump straight into vacation mode. The home features a large private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and an elevator for easy access to each floor. Covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars add convenience and peace of mind.

For added comfort, the den includes a full-sized futon, ideal for extra guests. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated desk space. With smart TVs in every bedroom and the main living areas on both floors, entertainment is always at your fingertips. The fully stocked kitchen boasts both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine, catering to every coffee lover's preference. Each floor's spacious living area offers breathtaking ocean views, perfect for gathering and relaxation.

Outside, a propane grill is available for you to cook up family favorites while enjoying the ocean breeze. And for beach days, we provide beach chairs and a Shibumi, ensuring effortless fun on the sand.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
