The Penalty Box invites you to unwind in open, sun-drenched living spaces filled with beachy charm and high-end touches. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen is perfect for everything from early morning coffee to sunset seafood dinners. Each of the five bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom so everyone gets their own "locker room". Two extra half baths and a queen sleeper sofa ensure there's room for the whole team.

We’ve got you covered with all linens, bath towels, and the ultimate home-away-from-home experience.

While this property does not have a pool, you'll get access to the "Resort of OIB" which includes an oceanfront pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock within a five-minute walk from the property.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
