The Penalty Box invites you to unwind in open, sun-drenched living spaces filled with beachy charm and high-end touches. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen is perfect for everything from early morning coffee to sunset seafood dinners. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private ensuite bathroom so everyone gets their own "locker room". The extra 1/2 baths and a queen sleeper sofa ensure there's room for the whole team.

While this property does not have a private pool, you'll get access to the "Resort of OIB" which includes an oceanfront pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock within a five-minute walk from the property!

We’ve got you covered with all linens, and bath towels for the ultimate home-away-from-home experience.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest public beach access is at Shelby Street, a 2 minute walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- NO Climbing on Roof
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

Perfect for Families

"We were able to book this somewhat last minute and I am so glad we did. The house is perfect for a couple of families traveling with kids. The 5 bedrooms make it easy for everyone to find a room and the fact that each bedroom had its own private bathroom was a huge plus. The proximity to the beach access is great and the house came with all the amenities we needed. Although we brought our own, there are some chairs and beach toys available in the ground level storage. The host left a small welcome basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, which was really a great touch. Definitely recommend!!

"We loved our stay at The Penalty Box! The house had great space for our family to spread out, with two porches and living areas, and plenty of beds/baths. The kitchen was large with great counter space to cook & serve, and had everything we needed. It’s close to the beach access and an easy walk. Oasis was a wonderful host, and super accommodating and helpful anytime we had a question. Would love to come back!!
