DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, this home offers plenty of space for large families or groups to relax and unwind. The short walk to a charming local park, basketball courts, and nearby ice cream and coffee shops adds a touch of convenience and fun to your stay.

"Lone Palm" has a private pool, a cozy den featuring a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, a large open kitchen ideal for cooking up family dinners, and an outdoor propane grill with ample BBQing space. We provide all linens and towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip to the fullest.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
