THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach, NC is a charming coastal town known for its serene, wide sandy beaches and offers a more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere compared to some of its busier neighboring beaches. One of the most unique features of Sunset Beach is the Kindred Spirit Mailbox, a beloved landmark where visitors leave heartfelt notes and messages. The island is also home to the Bird Island Reserve, a pristine, undeveloped stretch perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers.

For fun, you can explore the Intracoastal Waterway by kayak, enjoy world-class golf courses nearby, and take in breathtaking sunsets that give the beach its name. Whether you're looking for relaxation or outdoor adventure, Sunset Beach offers a blend of quiet charm and natural beauty.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This house is host to everything you could want from your vacation in Sunset Beach: unobstructed sunset views, easy beach access, a beautiful pool, and more! The coastal luxury inside the home is sure to impress and offers a huge open kitchen, two separate living areas, and plenty of room to relax after your short walk from the beach or from a long day out on one of the many golf courses within a short drive! This house has everything you need for a large family gathering or a reunion of friends.

Lower level:
Entering the home on the lower level, you'll find a small mudroom area to stash your shoes and beach gear. A full laundry room is down the hall with a brand new, oversized washer/dryer so you can head home with a bag full of clean clothes. An elevator that is accessible from the ground floor up to the top floor will help you haul your groceries and bags inside and make things easier for anyone who struggles with the stairs. The lower-level living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, sound bar, queen sleeper sofa and wet bar with beverage refrigerator. This level room leads out to a large deck with multiple seating options, including two swinging chairs: a great place to watch the sunset! A convenient half bathroom sits right off the living room. At the back of the living room, you can find the junior master suite, which maxes out on the marsh and sunset views. Black out curtains across the sliding doors will ensure you can still rest in comfort through the night. The room also includes a walk-in closet and private en-suite bath. There are two other bedrooms on the lower level connected by a jack and jill bath (don't worry - his and hers sinks, a full shower, and plenty of storage space leaves plenty of room to share). One bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and full closet. The other features two full beds and a full closet as well. Both of these bedrooms feature black out curtains.

Upper level:
As you ascend the stairs to the top floor, feel free to take a minute and soak in the wall-to-wall views of the Intercoastal Waterway and the beautiful green marshland. The grand living area features a 77-inch smart TV, sound bar with subwoofer, two chairs and an enormous sectional that begs for you to sink in. On the other side of the room is a 12-seat Crate & Barrel dining table. Through the sliding doors, the large deck overlooking the pool and ICW features another dining table with seating for 8 and a pair of rocking chairs. This is perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying your morning coffee. The chef's kitchen includes high-end GE Cafe appliances and a massive countertop for plenty of space to curate a summer spread. The pantries are stocked with dinnerware and glassware for all of your guests, as well as children's dinnerware for your little ones. Four comfortable bar stools are a great place for anyone to watch those knife skills at work! Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry and wet bar/coffee area with another beverage/wine refrigerator. A full bathroom rounds out the great room. There are also two bedrooms on the upper level. The first includes a bunk room with four built-in bunk beds: one full-size bed and three extra-long twins. While this room is great for kids, the larger bunks make it an option for adults too! Each bunk has its own reading light, outlet and shelf to place personal belongings in place of a nightstand. And lastly, the master suite features vaulted ceilings with accented wood beams, a walk-in closet and 55-inch TV across from the inviting king bed. The master bath features his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The outdoor space with incredible views at all times of day (but especially at sunset!) features a 28x14 pool with loungers and Polywood chairs. A Life Saver Pool Fence designed for child safety can be installed for an additional fee and surrounds the pool area. There is also an oversized outdoor shower, the first stop to rinse off the sand after your WALK home from the beach. The 4-burner propane grill makes cooking outdoors a pleasure!

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Here Comes the Sunset far exceeded what I was expecting! The location, the amenities, the architectural integrity of the house, the views, the warm feeling of the home, all combine to make this a stellar property. Oasis Property Management (Haley) went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and to meet any extra needs that we might have. You will NOT be disappointed and will want to stay here again and again!!!

Brand new beach oasis

"Stunning, brand new, beautifully furnished beach home with plenty of room to sleep, play and relax! We stayed in early September for a long weekend with two other families, all with young children under 6. This house was perfectly laid out to accommodate our party and give us the privacy we needed while also having plenty of common space for us to all enjoy together. The house itself was perfectly decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home. There is a large casual dining table which easily accommodated our large party and a large, comfortable couch to lounge on in the living room. The upper back deck offers stunning views of the sunset and the backyard has a heated pool which was great for a quick dip after the beach. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks away l, across quiet roads so very easy with young kids, and there are some shops and places to grab quick food within a block or two. Highly recommend!!
