DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
With an oceanfront private pool and beach access, Callao is a stunning property with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to 15 people. This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We provide all linens and towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Family dinners will be a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes 2 full-sized refrigerators. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry; we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your family's favorites!

Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area with ease. For your days on the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, making your beach outings effortless and fun. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a fun trip with friends, our beach rental home promises a memorable and hassle-free experience. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
