ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
With an oceanfront private pool and beach access, Callao is a stunning property with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to 18 people. This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Family dinners will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes 2 full-sized refrigerators. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry; we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your family's favorites!

Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area with ease. For your days on the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, making your beach outings effortless and fun. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a fun trip with friends, our beach rental home promises a memorable and hassle-free experience. Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Beautiful house and location could not be better. Love the sunroom that has a pair of sliders that open up all the way to make it a true indoor/outdoor experience. Takes 60 seconds to get to the beach from the pool area. Highly recommended, will be booking again in the future!

"This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The home was just like the photos and had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space and sunroom were the perfect addition and allowed us to spend time altogether. Overall, it was a great location and we had the best time. We would absolutely stay here again.

"Best house our extended growing family has rented in years of family beach vacations! We loved the pool, the roomy bedrooms, sunroom with views and the kitchen- living room layout . Plenty of room for 8 adults, 6 kids and a baby. The house’s highchair and pack & play worked great. Ocean front breeze in July with covered gazebo area was a huge plus! We would love to come back to this house next year.

"Wow, this property was amazing. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms with bathrooms attached worked so well for our family. The pool area was perfect for our family with several kids. The location of the beach was great although a little busy at times. I would definitely recommend this to families wanting to visit the area.

"When we were looking for a beach house for a multi family vacation, Callao stood out because of what appeared to be a great pool/beach setup. After spending a week at the property I can say that it was the most functional beach property we have rented (and we have stayed in plenty). We were a group of six adults and 8 kids all under 10 years old. If you have kids that age, you know how they can never be anywhere for more than an hour and you know all the negotiations on vacation. Fortunately, Callao solves that concern. The location right on the beach with an elevated pool is IDEAL for young kids who want to come back and forth from beach to pool. The house is well laid out with the kitchen and living area at the back, overlooking the pool area, and the sunroom opening directly to the deck/pool. The parents spent many hours in the sunroom relaxing watching the kids in the pool and walking down to the beach in the morning or evening. The house is well stocked with cookware, plenty of beach chairs, and beach toys. The bedroom setup worked well for three couples with their kids in separate adjacent rooms. We only had one small hiccup with an appliance during our stay which was quickly resolved by management (another bonus compared to past rentals). Overall, we could not have asked for a better location and property setup. We would 100% rent from Oasis Vacations again and Callao would be our top choice of properties based on this stay. If you are on the fence and have any of the same needs as our group, don't hesitate, this is the spot to stay.
