ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to "25 Newport" Stunning deep water canal front with private pool.

Nestled in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, 25 Newport offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation, making it the ideal destination for family vacations, romantic getaways, or fun-filled trips with friends.

Step outside to access the large waterfront deck - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or outside, you'll love the private pool and outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Fire up the propane grill and host an unforgettable BBQ , all while soaking up the laid-back coastal vibe.

This home has a charming and cozy vibe perfect for reconnecting and unwinding. The 4 bedrooms are all on the same level which bring everyone together to enjoy everything Ocean Isle Beach has to offer. We include bed linens to make your stay easy and carefree.

The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, and with our prime location, you'll have easy access to shopping, and dining. For your days on the sand, we've included at least 6 beach chairs for your use.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Just come out the house and take a right onto Newport Street it’s a straight shot to the beach!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
