DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Welcome to Undoer of Knots, a luxurious beach home designed for relaxation and unforgettable vacations. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this spacious property offers ample room for family gatherings or trips with friends.

The main living area on the second floor features a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. With parking for up to 5 cars, a private pool, and 4 outdoor showers, you’ll enjoy outdoor living at its finest. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The second-level screened-in porch provides a peaceful retreat, while the fully-equipped kitchen features two dishwashers, a second full-sized refrigerator on the ground level, and a propane grill for cooking family favorites. An elevator offers easy access to all levels of the home, and a charging station for electric cars adds extra convenience.

We provide all linens and towels so you can pack light, and we’ve included all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys to make your beach outings effortless. The main living area on 2nd floor will have a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Beautiful home that can accommodate many families. I loved the large kitchen and living room on the main floor that offered adequate seating both at the table, on the patio and near the TV. There is even a covered, screened in porch area to provide shade when wanted. We also really enjoyed the pool and being able to sit outside while having some shade options. Everything you could need in the kitchen was provided, and there were some fun games available. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were sparkling clean! We look forward to our next visit there!

"The house had everything to make this stay a memorable one. The beach was a very short drive away and the golf cart provided made it easy to transport everything to and from. We sometimes opted for a nice walk to the beach as well. The pool was perfect for the four young children we had with us and offered some shade and some reprieve from the sun. We had more than enough room for everyone to sleep and the kids had a blast bunking together! The open area with the family room and kitchen was a great space for everyone to hang out together and offered plenty of sunlight and beautiful views. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and all the fixtures were all beautiful and modern and made us feel like we didn’t want to leave! They thought of everything and we only needed to bring food. This is a perfect house for a multi-family getaway!

"This house is gorgeous, clean, and has everything we could want in a beach house. A bathroom attached to every bedroom..amazing! An elevator to carry up all our groceries and luggage.. amazing! 2 dishwashers and every appliance that we needed! A screened in porch with a large table for eating outside and beds that were really comfortable just to name a few. We definitely will be returning. I highly recommend this beautiful beach house. We were very impressed.
