DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to Sonrise, a spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beach house that offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this stunning home is the perfect place for family gatherings, or a fun trip with friends. Sonrise is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring TVs in every bedroom and both living rooms, ensuring that everyone can unwind with their favorite shows. The den even has easy access to gaming consoles, perfect for entertainment on rainy days or family game nights.

The first floor has a pool table and wet bar to keep the group entertained. Upstairs, the large open-concept living area invites everyone to gather, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to 14 guests. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The home also features an elevator, making it easy to navigate between floors, and parking for up to 6 cars. A 20-amp outlet is also available for charging a golf cart if you choose to rent one from our Oasis Advantages members.

The spacious outdoor area includes your own private pool and a propane grill. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, adding that extra touch of convenience and relaxation to your beach experience.

At Sonrise, we've thought of everything to make your stay hassle-free. We provide all linens and towels, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your vacation. For your days at the beach, we’ve got you covered with all the essentials you need including 6 beach chairs.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
First Floor-

Room 1: King with full bath.

Room 2: Queen paired with a set of Twin Bunk Beds. This room includes a full bath.

Room 3: Twin Bunk Beds (x2) with a full bath.

There is an additional half-bath located in the den.

Second Floor-

Room 4: King with full bath.

Room 5: Queen with a full bath that can be used as private or connected to main living area.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
