THE SPACE
Welcome to a beautifully designed 5-bedroom coastal home made for family gatherings and group getaways.
The home features an inverted floor plan with the main living, kitchen, and dining area located on the second level. This creates a bright open space perfect for cooking, dining, and spending time together.
On the first level, you will find a second living area with a kitchenette and television. This additional space is perfect for kids, movie nights, or quiet downtime.
Every bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and smart television, giving every guest their own space to unwind.
A hallway half bathroom is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is designed for vacation mode.

BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Boulevard West and is approximately a 1 minute walk from the home.

End your evenings on the Widow’s Peak, or unwind on the second and third floor porches on both sides of the home, where you can enjoy peaceful Holden Beach sunsets from multiple vantage points.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Twin over full bunk with twin trundle, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks

Second Floor:
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 5: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower

Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably

High chair and pack and play available for families traveling with small children

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway for safety purposes only.

Smart TVs are available. Guests may log into personal streaming accounts and should log out at checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

The best beach house!!

"This beach house truly has it all!!! The amenities are TOP notch! The owners have truly thought of everything you could possibly need. Two large TV areas, amazing porches- all with beautiful comfortable seating, comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, including a downstairs coffee bar, not to mention the decor is beautiful. The pool area is also beautiful and perfect after a long day on the beach!! Beach was only a 3 minute walk!!! Will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing week!

"Our stay at Shrimply the Best in Holden Beach was amazing from start to finish! The house is beautifully decorated and felt like home the moment we walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room was spotless and inviting. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental! We had everything we needed (and then some). The extras like beach chairs and pool floats were such a thoughtful touch. The saltwater pool and tiki bar area were the perfect spots to unwind after a day at the beach — relaxing, fun, and beautifully set up. The walk to the beach was quick and easy! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!
