ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to "Shore Thing"- This luxurious and spacious home features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. This home is also handicap-friendly, with a spacious layout and a convenient elevator.

Arrive with ease and take advantage of covered parking with lighting for up to 6 cars. Inside, discover a host of modern amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors, ensuring entertainment for everyone. A telescope is available for the night time star gazing.

The first floor is perfect for fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, wet bar, and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the second floor offers a large open living area and a second wet bar, making it ideal for gathering together. The reverse floor plan showcases the kitchen on the second floor so you can enjoy your meals with an ocean view.

Make the most of the ultimate outdoor living space, complete with a private pool, tiki bar, propane grill, and outdoor shower - perfect for making the most of your coastal vacation. For your days on the sand, we've provided six beach chairs to make beach outings a breeze, plus access to the garage fridge makes packing beach lunches easy.

At Shore Thing, we aim to make your stay effortless. Linens and bath towels are included, so you can pack light, and our prime location offers easy access to local shopping and the pristine beaches of Holden Beach.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
First Floor:
Room 1: King with Ensuite
Room 2: Two sets of Twin/Twin Bunk Beds
Room 3: Queen, Queen, Ensuite
Room 4: King with Shared Bath with Bunk Room
The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen and a half bath.

Second Floor:
Room 5: King with Ensuite
Room 6: King with Shared Bath with Bunk Room
Room 7: Two sets of Twin/Twin Bunk Beds

On each floor there is a king bedroom whose bathroom has two doors: one leading to the bedroom and one leading to the hallway. Guests have the choice of locking the 2nd door to make it a private bathroom or leaving it unlocked to make it accessible to all. (Room 1 and Room 5)

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Blvd W, approximately a 1 minute walk!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and carport/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Shore thing was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of room for us all, 13 of us staying. We appreciated the amenities , loved the pool and the short distance to the ocean. It was a perfect place for a family holiday!

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. From the beautiful decorations, to all of the amenities offered, and the most gorgeous views from every single deck, including the top one to watch the sunset, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Fantastic house for large group

"This house has everything! Fully furnished in bedding, towels, full kitchen with seating and dishes, silverware, etc for at least 20. So nicely laid out - perfect for a vacation with large group. Elevator is big plus for luggage, groceries, etc. So close to ocean and sunsets from top "widows walk" are fantastic views. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

"Our stay at this large beach house exceeded all expectations! It was the perfect destination for our family gathering for the Christmas Holiday and my birthday, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and had a welcoming, beachy charm that immediately made us feel at eas, even outside beach season. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge plus, ensuring that everyone had privacy and comfort for some down time. The common areas – especially the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen – made it easy for us to gather as a group for meals, games, and great conversations. Next time, we’ll need to come back Ina actual beach season :) but none the less, amazing spot.

Perfect Vacation Site

"My family has taken our family vacation here for several years and Shore Thing just keeps getting better and better each year. The house is just a few blocks from the bridge and on the second row, providing quick and easy access on/off the island and to/from the beautiful beach. We gather four families each year and the house has plenty of room and amenities for our group of 16. We can all sit together at the same table for meals and we can utilize any of the four decks plus a widow’s peak to find some quiet time when necessary. The kitchen is well equiped, there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the pool table, pool and spacious deck, and tiki bar get plenty of use. The owner provides numerous bikes, pool toys, corn hole boards, game boards, beach chairs, and other items to make your vacation enjoyable. Each year we discover a new upgrade that adds beauty and comfort for guests. If you are looking for a special vacation home to make memories to last a lifetime, Shore Thing is the place!

"This house was perfect for our large family vacation. It was so great to have a table that we could all fit around! Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The kitchen is large & equipped with what we needed to cook big dinners. It is a quick walk to a big beautiful beach, but we spent most of our time in the private pool & bar area. This is the perfect place to unwind & make great memories.

"With our family of 21, this was the perfect beach home for us! It was very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped, from kitchen to poolside. And an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. No high rises to block the view of the ocean. We are hoping we can return again in the near future.
