ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to "Endless Summer," a stunning oceanfront retreat that offers the ultimate beach vacation experience. This spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom home features private beach access, allowing you to step right onto the sand. Wake up each morning to breathtaking sunrises over the ocean while enjoying your coffee on the deck.

The home offers covered parking for up to 6 cars and is equipped with a private pool, outdoor bar, and shower, creating an ideal space for relaxation and fun. Each bedroom and both main living areas are outfitted with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment for everyone in your group.

On the first floor, you'll find a pool table and wet bar for some fun and leisure as well as a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The second floor boasts a large open kitchen and living area, perfect for family meals and gathering together. There's also a convenient wet bar on this floor, and an elevator providing easy access to all levels of the home.
We've made packing easy by providing all linens and towels, so you can focus on enjoying your trip. For your beach days, we've included essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys, ensuring that your time on the sand is hassle-free and enjoyable.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
