This luxury home conveniently offers an elevator that services all floors, allowing easy access to all its amenities, including a private pool, outdoor bar, and outdoor shower, which are ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Inside, this home offers two common areas, starting with the den on the first floor, which includes a pool table, a sleeper sofa, and a wet bar, giving your group plenty of space to relax and play. Each bedroom and living space is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone. Upstairs, the second living space also includes a wet bar and allows more room to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family meals! Enjoy a breathtaking view while washing dishes or preparing meals. If you prefer to throw dinner on the grill, a propane grill is outside and ready for all your BBQ favorites.

We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip. First Floor-

Room 1: King shares full bath with room 2

Room 2: Bunk Bed with Top Twin & Bottom Full (Twin Trundle is included) shares full bath with room 1

Room 3: Queen, Queen with ensuite bathroom

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

Half bath also located on 1st floor

Second Floor-

Room 4: King with ensuite bathroom

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Easy Breezy was way more than a vacation stay!!! I will start by saying that I do not typically do reviews. I have stayed at a lot of great homes at numerous beaches and several at Sunset Beach (one of my very favorite beaches!) that have been “nice,” but we have stayed at Easy Breezy for the last four years because it has surpassed our expectations for a “rental property. “ - It sincerely feels more like home! Of course every property has the basic amenities, but this property just has all the extra details that makes a vacation feel extra special. Everything we could possibly need is on site. We share in the cooking (we theme cook each night) and the kitchen is always stocked with everything a chef could want and need to cook or grill with. The rooms and beds are not only beautiful, but of premium comfort! The pool is well maintained and refreshing after a great day on the beach. Watching games (great Wifi BTW) in the pool area while we swam was an added bonus. The pool table is another fun feature that we have truly enjoyed. From the beach chairs, elevator, fabulous deck seating, golf cart, “roof perch,” and thoughtful arrival gift (nothing has been overlooked)- it has kept us coming back!! Kudos to the owners for making this a very special place to be with family - we have made so many special memories made in your home! We will certainly be back! After after all “Salt water fixes everything! … Easy Breezy helps too!
