DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

Located in The Resort of OIB, this home provides exclusive access to an oceanfront pool, private beach access, and restrooms.

Inside the home, you’ll find ample space for everyone, with five beautifully furnished bedrooms and five full bathrooms. For added convenience, an elevator provides easy access to all levels of the house, making it accessible for everyone.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

"Carefree Highway…this cottage couldn’t have a better name. As soon as you put your foot in the door all your troubles disappear. It is equipped with everything you could ever need. The furnishings are fabulous and so comfortable. I slept great in my bed. Today is my last day and I really do hate to say goodbye.

"At last!! A holiday destination that has an elevator, roll in shower and small ramps to go in/outside. I feel like this cottage was made just for me! Being in a wheelchair has many setbacks regarding traveling accommodations but not this lovely place; it has been perfect since day one. Highly recommend!!!
