DURING THE OFF-SEASON, POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR $80/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

Welcome to "Britts Beach Breeze," a spacious and luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat located just a 1-minute walk from the beach. This beautiful second-row home offers incredible ocean views and is the perfect destination for your next family vacation or getaway with friends.

Enjoy your private backyard oasis, complete with a pool, outdoor bar, and outdoor shower, making it an ideal spot for lounging and relaxing after a day at the beach. Each floor of the home features large decks with breathtaking views, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind and take in the coastal scenery. Inside, the first-floor den and the second-floor living area provide ample room for everyone to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for large families, featuring two refrigerators and two dishwashers to make cooking and clean-up a breeze. First Floor:

HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
